Reservation Details

• General ticket sales for each production begin approximately one month prior to the first performance date. Annual PRTC donors of $250 or more may purchase tickets 2 weeks in advance of the general public.
• Tickets can be reserved in advance through our box office, by phone at (734) 433-ROSE (7673) or in-person at 137 Park Street in downtown Chelsea.
• Reservations may be made using Visa, Mastercard or American Express as a guarantee of payment. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to performance without penalty. Reservations not cancelled or picked up will be charged to the guarantee number.
• Patrons may pay by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express at the Box Office. Once tickets are purchased, there are no exchanges or refunds.
• Reservations are strongly recommended due to our limited capacity of only 168 seats.
• Tickets can also be purchased through our web site with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Tickets available for purchase online are limited at this time; please call our Box Office if you have special seating needs or the seats you are interested in purchasing are not available through our web site. Please note that all web sales are final and not subject to our cancellation policy.

Discount Prices

• Groups - $4 off per ticket for groups of 12 or more with advance reservations. Group reservations can be made for any date throughout the season by calling our Box Office at (734) 433-ROSE (7673) and must be pre-paid at least three weeks in advance.
• Seniors - $3 off per ticket for patrons 62 years and older.
• Students - 50% off; valid student ID required for each ticket purchased.
• Youth - 50% off for ages 17 and under with each adult ticket purchased. Some productions may not be appropriate for young children; please call the Box Office for details.

Please note that discount prices are subject to ticket availability, cannot be used retroactively or in conjunction with other offers and are not applicable to Saturday evening performances or special events.

Gift certificates are always in season at The Purple Rose! Available in several denominations, gift certificates are valid for one theatre season (September through August) and are offered through the box office at (734) 433-ROSE (7673).
