Registration Information

• To register by phone, call our Administrative Office at (734) 433-PRTC (7782) between 10 AM and 5 PM on weekdays.
• To register by fax or mail, print the registration form (.3 MB PDF) and send the completed form to us by fax at (734) 475-0802, or by mail to:

• Full payment is required to register.  We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard and Visa. We regret that we cannot offer payment plans.  Merit-based scholarships are by invitation only.
• Unless otherwise specified, participants must be at least 18 years of age due to liability and course content.
• After payment is processed, we will mail a confirmation letter, followed by details and a map one to two weeks prior to class start. All classes are held at the Chelsea Center for the Arts (CCA) located in downtown Chelsea at 400 Congdon St.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any class, for which you will receive a full refund. If you cancel an enrollment, you will receive a refund if notice is received at least 5 business days before the class begins. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows for any class.
